Meet Radu. He’s been in the Detroit community and surrounding areas for over 30 years, where he met his wife and where he chose to raise a family. He loves the city and the state of Michigan, the grit of the people and the can’t-knock-me-down attitude that embodies most every person of this great state. This is the main reason why, when Radu saw the technology & protection that American Security Screens offers, he wanted to bring it to his home, to his neighbors and to his state.

Radu moved to Michigan as a kid with his parents, immigrating from Romania and looking for a brighter future. During and after high school he worked in residential construction, honing his skills as a laborer, then crew leader, estimator, project manager, operations supervisor and everything in-between.  After getting married and starting a family, Radu returned to school to pursue an education. He received a bachelors degree, but continued his work in residential construction for several more years. Over the last 12 years, Radu changed careers, jumping into project management and software implementation. He’s earned certifications such as the CAPM from the PMI and holds both a White Belt and Green Belt from the Sig-Sigma Institute.  Most recently, Radu just wrapped up his studies and earned his MBA.
